Free After Sales Service
Issues related to the chain connections, brightness, polishing, loosen of jewelry, etc., are free for maintenance.
Only products purchased in our shop would be able to enjoy free after-sales services, only when there is product identification number is possible, please find your product id from the product certification alongside the product.
Products without identity number and chain-type products that are made before 2010 should have our company’s logo to enjoy free after-sales services.
Paid After Sales Service
Gilt service for necklace and ring (Free gilding service is available for once no matter what circumstance and period only)
Required time depends on countries, and it usually takes 3-7 days (Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday are excluded)
In order to send in your ByEnzo jewelry for service, please email email@example.com and include the following information:
> Full name
> Contact number
> Shipping address
> Detailed description of the repair
> Receipt (if purchased within a year for warranty coverage)
> Style number (if available) or take a clear picture of the item so that we can identify the style number
> Has the repair item ever been resized or modified (Y/N):
If yes, please specify
Once you forward the above information to our repair service team, we will send you a packing slip and service order number to track your repair.
