ByEnzo Jewelry deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 upon delivery. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, ByEnzo does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
ByEnzo Jewelry accepts online orders for shipment to addresses in the countries outside of South Korea and any of its dependent territories.

- DELIVERY FEE
ByEnzo Jewelry provides FREE international delivery, we cooperate with FedEx in delivery the product safely.
- TRACKING CODE
After we have completed the shipment process tracking code is provided. It usually takes about 3-7 business days to arrive, please note that delivery period might be postponed due to uncontrollable situations. While, ByEnzo Jewelry will try our best to deliver the products to your hands with an enjoyable shopping experience.
- RETURN DELIVERY
When a size amendment is required, customers would have to pay for the return delivery fee, both from and to your country. Please make sure you have placed the order with the correct size.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we aim to deliver product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time frame given, but we cannot give an exact delivery date.
