Delivery time differs based on location different and expected arrival time will be sent after you have placed the order.

Yes, we support engraving service. In ByEnzo, we provide various character styles for you to select and you are welcome to select any one from it.
We could provide some recommendations on which style is the mostly picked.

If flaws appeared because of our fault during the manufacturing process, we are happy to exchange the product.

ByEnzo has one display store in Seoul, South Korea, our opening time is from 10 am to 8 pm during the week. If you are not able to visit our store in person, ByEnzo could offer live video calls through Skype, What’s App, or We chat based on your request.
While at present, we are only able to deliver services in both English and Chinese, please bear with us if you do speak other languages, thank you.

When the after sales service does not invovle adding new materials, it is free of charge. However, if new materials is added, you would have to pay for that.
