Amazing at First Glance
I just received it. Like many reviewers, I am more interested in a month or 2 from now. I have been keeping an eye on the box chain, considering whether to purchase the 3.8 or 4.3, and as I have heard there is 5.7ish kinda 6mm as well. Adding up all the factors, I decided to go with the thinnest chain so I could wear it with my pendant heritated from my family.
At first, I was thinking of the Cable chain as well, which is the chain that is suggested to wear with the ByEnzo pendants, but I felt like the box chain is more good looking on me. A bit worried if it will be too bulky or “hip-hop” but luckily nothing like that happened. Everything is just so perfect and I love it and wearing the box chain daily! Nice craft and nice communication! I read reviews saying Tiffany is a nice salesperson, and I felt it very clearly. Great job!

I have literally nothing to say about it. It looks great, extremely comfortable, if you have a pendant to put on it, makes little noise if it slides around the chain.
You could put this chain on and never feel the need to take it back off.

Perhaps I should purchase the 4.7mm ones, I think the 3.7mm one is slightly thinner then what I have expected, but I insist on this size. Still, it is a piece of great work, so I would still recmmend the box chain. But gotta be careful in choosing the right size before making the actual order.

I really like this box chain! I ordered this chain to replace the old one that is broken, so I want to order a chain which is more durable and made with good quality. I replaced the origianl chain with this 3.7mm chain that is perfect with the cross that I wear! I like that they provide me a lot of useful advices before I made the purchase and they also sent me 3D samples so to confirm my pendant could get in. Highly recommend this chain!!

I have high metal sensitivity and this item is platinum (pt950), fo those unaware, the purity is high and as claimed, pt950 would not cause any skin allegry issue.
The product came from South Korea and I am in the US, yet it took about 4 days to arrive, which is pretty fast.
I am satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer services. The box chain looks great!
