I asked to have the opening for a chain to be made larger for mine so it would fit a larger chain, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Tiffany is fantastic at customer service! She understood my concerns, had the jewelers make the opening larger for me, and then sent pictures of the pendant on the chain I purchased to make sure I was happy prior to shipping. I could not be more pleased with my interactions with ByEnzo and especially with Tiffany. The pendants themselves are beautiful, and my wife and I each have one with our wedding date as the date on the pendant. Will definitely buy from ByEnzo again.

I spoke directly with Tiffany and within a few minutes she checked on feasibility and price point. Needless to say, I ordered the pendant and received it yesterday. To say it is a fantastic piece is an understatement. It is as beautiful and well made as all the ByEnzo pieces that I have. I had the bale made larger to accommodate a 4mm, 18k yellow gold Italian made Franco chain that I had owned. Tiffany and her team made sure the bale would be large enough for the chain to pass through. As usual, I am impressed with the detail of ByEnzo pieces and the sleek design of this piece. This is a piece that is gender neutral too.
